The patient was looking for a board certified plastic surgeon from her area and was referred by a friend who had surgery by Dr. Tom Pousti. The patient wanted a breast augmentation performed by a surgeon with experience with African American patients. She is 4 months post op. The patient has saline implants with 450cc.
