This is a 21 year old patient interested in extra large breast implants. She was searching for a cosmetic surgeon and she found San Diego board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti. The patient is now 5 months post op breast augmentation surgery with 475cc saline implants.The patient loves her new breasts.
