This 18 year old patient from San Diego was interested in enhancing her breasts. She is now 7 months post-op breast augmentation surgery with 425cc saline implants. Here is her testimonial: About 2 and a half months ago Dr. Pousti performed breast augmentation on me and changed my life. I am 18 years old and went through my high school years in an A cup. Constantly uncomfortable with my body I vowed to myself that I would save up my money and when I turned 18 I would find the perfect doctor to give me the breasts I've always dreamed of. All of Dr. Pousti's staff introduced themselves and I was taken back to be checked out by the doctor. The doctor made me feel so comfortable as he explained what he could do for me and answered all of my questions. I also got me meet many pateints who had breast augmentation and they answered all of my questions while the doctor left the room. Before leaving the doctor told me to go home and think through everything he told me to make sure I was making the right decision for myself. I already knew he was the doctor that was supposed to perform my surgery so I set up my pre-op and my surgery date. The pre-op visit went well. I brought in pictures of breasts that I liked and we took before pictures of me. Dr. Pousti and his staff gave me instructions of what to do before the surgery and they told me what I'll be expecting to feel like after the surgery. 3 weeks after my consultation Dr. Pousti gave me the boobs I've always dreamed of!!! Surgery went well. I remember waking up and crying because I was so happy and thankful. I went home and basically slept for the next 3 days. The medicine made me exhausted and my chest felt like it had been run over, but it was totally worth it. I was able to go shopping with my friends within a week. My boobs were swollen for a couple weeks but thats no big deal. They've gotten a lot softer, too. The best thing was being able to wear a normal bra after wearing the ugly, but useful, surgical bra for a month. My boobs have changed me. I've become so much more confident and outgoing. I love bra shopping and going to the beach. Guys actually check me out now. I went from an A cup to a full C/ small D. Infact, I'm wearing a D cup bra right now!!
