This 24-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in breast augmentation for several years. A friend, who is a patient of Dr. Pousti, referred her. The patient was particularly unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. She expressed in detail, she was looking for symmetry and cleavage. After years of deliberation and meeting with other plastic surgeons, the patient decided to come back to Dr. Pousti to proceed with surgery. In order to achieve her desired look, saline breast implants was used, filled to 450cc in the left breast and 470cc in the right breast for symmetry, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 3-months post-op surgery and is very happy with her results.
