This 57-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery. The patient explain in great detail she wanted to significantly increase breast size. In order to achieve her desired look, 800cc silicone-gel breast implants was used, placed under the mucle with peri-areola incision. The patient is now 10-months post-op surgery.
