This 37-year old patient from Santee, California (San Diego County) was interested in tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast lift, and breast augmentation surgery also known in our office as a ?mommy makeover?. After 2 pregnancies and breast-feeding, overtime the patient became unhappy with her post-baby body. In 2003 the patient had gastric bypass surgery, she lost a significant amount of weight and decided it was time to rid of all her extra loose skin. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti through a referral line. In order to achieve her desired look, a full lift was performed with saline breast implants, filled to 625cc in the left breast and 605cc in the right breast for symmetry. The patient is now 7-months post-op surgery and is very excited about her much improved mommy look.
