This 25-year-old patient from Oceanside California had her first breast augmentation in 2005 with the implants placed above the muscle performed by another surgeon. Since then she has experienced some complications with her breasts. She has been thinking of having her breast implants removed and replaced under the muscle. After a brief examination during her consultation it was determined, in order to achieve optimal results, tha patient would benefit from having a breast lift with 500cc silicone-gel breast implants made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 1-year post-op surgery.
