This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her chest. The patient has pectus excavatum. The patient wanted to use breast augmentation to correct her concaved chest wall. In order to achieve her desired look, saline breast implants, filled to 410cc in the left breast and 390cc in the right breast for symmetry.
