This 37-year old patient from Temecula, California was interested in breast augmentation and tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). After having 3 children, the patient was unhappy with her post-baby body. In order to achieve her desired look, tummy tuck surgery was performed, tightening up her stomach muscles, which was stretched due to pregnancy. The patient expressed that she did not want emphasis on her breast and to keep her breast very natural looking. 300cc silicone-gel breast implants was used in both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 7-months post-op surgery.
