This 25-year old patient from Youngsville, Louisiana was interested in breast augmentation surgery. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. The patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. After several consultations with Dr. Pousti via phone and e-mail, the patient decided to fly into our San Diego office to meet with Dr. Pousti. The patient expressed to the doctor she wanted to correct her constricted breasts, also called tuberous breast deformity. In order to achieve her desired look, 500cc silicone-gel breast implants was used, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 5-months post-op surgery and is very happy with her results. She continues to follow up via phone and e-mail also, sending us updated pictures.
