This 36-year old Registered Nurse from Lake Elsinore, California was interested breast augmentation surgery. The patient did not describe a specific problem, the patient expressed she just wants to lift and plump the breasts. Her friend, who is a patient of Dr. Pousti, referred her. The patient lost a lot of volume in her breasts from pregnancy and breast-feeding. A lift was considered necessary to achieve her desired look; a benelli lift (limited lift around the areola only) was used with saline breast implants, filled to 700cc in both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 6-months post-op surgery and is very happy with her results.
