This 34-year old patient from Anchorage, Alaska was interested in breast augmentation surgery. The patient was unhappy with her prior augmentation, which left her with encapsulation and bottoming-out of the breast implants. The patient explained that she is looking for a more natural, symmetrical, full look and feel. The patient's saline breast implants was removed and replaced with 400cc silicone-gel breast implants made by Mentor Corporation. She is new 5-months post-op surgery.
