This 24-year old patient from La Mesa, California was interested in revisionary breast surgery. The patient was status post breast augmentation in 2007, performed by another doctor. Due to bottoming out and implant mal-position, the patient decided to proceed with surgery. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. The patient explained in detail, she wanted implant revision to remove her saline breast implants and to re-augment with silicone-gel breast implants. In order to achieve her desired look, internal sutures was used to re-create the breast pocket position. 600cc moderated plus profile, silicone-gel breast implants, replaced her previous saline breast implants.
