This 48-year old patient from Jamul, California was interested in breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty) for several years. After having 2 children, over time, the patient became very unsatisfied with her post-baby body. With diet and exercise her skin was resistant to bounce back from her pregnancies. The patient expressed that her right breast was smaller than her left breast, which made her concerned about the asymmetry. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti performed an extended tummy tuck and used moderated plus profile silicone-gel breast implants, 500cc on the left breast and 550cc on the right breast for a more symmetric look, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 3-weeks post-op surgery.
