This 48-year old Physical Therapist from Winchester, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery for several years. After having 3 children, the patient was unhappy with her post-baby breasts, and wanted to fill the volume that was lost from pregnancy and breast-feeding while slightly increasing size for fullness. In order to achieve her desired look, saline breast implants was used, filled to 475cc in the left breast and 460cc in the right breast for symmetry. The patient is now 18-months post-op surgery and is very pleased with her results.
