This 40-year-old patient from El Cajon California came to Dr. Pousti for multiple procedure. This patient lost over 100 lbs. and has had gastric bypass surgery. At this time she is interested in breast implants along with a breast lift and arm lift. After meeting with Dr. Pousti it was determined she would benefit from an upper body lift as well. This patient is 2-month post-op upper body lift, breast augmentation/ mastopexy with saline implants filled to 770 cc on both the left and right side. This patient is very happy with her results.
