This 30 year old patient is now 4-months post-op breast augmentation surgery. The patient complained of having breast asymmetry and wanted a very natural looking augmentation. In order to achieve her desired look saline breast implants was used, filled to 325cc on the right breast and 300cc in her left breast for symmetry. Submuscular placement was used.
