This33 year old patient from Carlsbad came in interested in enhancing her breast size and having a labia reduction at the same time. She wanted her body to be more proportional and comfortable and so she had smooth, round, saline implants placed under the muscle as well as labia reduction. She had 450 cc placed on the left and 420cc placed on the right. She is extremely happy with her results.
