47 year old female interested in breast enlargement. She wanted silicone gel breast implants. She is now 1 month post op breast augmentation. Patient had infra-areolar incision with smooth, round, 550cc silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. Patient is very happy with breast surgery.
