This 22-year-old patient from Arizona came to Dr. Pousti after massive weight loss. She lost almost 200 lbs. after having gastric bypass surgery. She was left with lose, empty skin and sought out Dr. Pousti for an arm lift. This patient is almost 2 months post-op brachioplasty along with mastopexy / breast augmentation surgery with saline implants filled to 525 cc made by the Mentor Corporation.
