This 26-year old patient from Palm Springs, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery. Her friend, who is a patient, referred her to Dr. Pousti. The patient explained in great detail that she is all done with having children (she has 3 children and has breast-feed all 3) and wanted to achieve the volume lost from her pregnancies. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti performed a benelli lift (limited mastopexy, incision around the areola only.) for fullness with 550cc moderate plus profile, silicone-gel breast implants was used on both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 1-month post-op surgery; the patient is very happy and looking forward to her end result.
