This 31-year old patient from Helena, Montana was interested in breast augmentation surgery. After having 4 children the patient was extremely unhappy with the volume lost in her breasts from breast-feeding. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti used saline breast implants filled to 555cc on the left breast and 525cc on the right breast for a more proportional and symmetrical look.
