This 41-year old patient who is status post breast augmentation surgery in March 2003. The patient was interested in exchanging her saline implants to silicone-gel breast implants for a more natural look and feel. The patient is now 1-year post-op surgery with 550cc silicone-gel breast implants on both breasts.
