This 36-year old patient from Murrieta, California (Riverside County) has had two previous breast augmentation surgeries, both performed by the same doctor in Murrieta. Prior to having breast implants this patient had tuberous (tubular) breast deformity and wanted breast implants to correct her constricted breasts. Her original surgeon was unable to correct her deformity even on his second attempt. A friend of the patient has referred her to Dr. Pousti. During her consultation, they discussed removing her current implants and replacing them with larger implants, as well as correcting her tubular breasts. This patient is now 3 months post-op correction of constricted tuberous breast deformity, removal of her current implants and breast re-augmentation with saline implants filled to 650 cc on the left as well as the right made by the Inamed Corporation. This patient is very happy and now has the results she was looking for.
