This 35 year old patient had had multiple breast procedures performed by multiple doctors. When she came in to see Dr. Pousti, she had silicone gel implants placed over the muscle with340cc on the right and 360cc on the left. She was unhappy with the size of the right side and wished to be larger. She also wished to release the scar tissue on the left (the left implant was higher than the right). Dr. Pousti removed the current silicone gel implants and performed revision of the left side and then replaced 400 cc silicone gel implant on the right and 450cc silicone gel implant on the left. She is happy with her results.
