This 50 year old patient previously had breast augmentation with another surgeon but the implants were placed over the muscle and the patient was not happy with the rippling visable. She was also unhappy that she could feel the implants. Dr. Pousti removed the current implants and replaced them with silicone gel implants. She had 450 cc gel implants.
