This 27-year old Registered Dietitian from San Diego, California was interested in breast augmentation surgery. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. The patient expressed that she was looking into the surgery for about 14 years. The patient wanted fullness on top, emphasis on cleavage, and natural looking. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti used saline breast implants filled to 425cc on the left breast and 405cc on the right breast, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 4-months post-op surgery and is very excited about her new and improved look.
