This 25-year old patient from Ralston, Nebraska was interested in breast augmentation and breast lift surgery (mastopexy). Her friend, who is a patient, referred her to Dr. Pousti. The patient has constricted tuberous breast and expressed that her left breast was smaller than her right breast. After several consultations via phone and e-mail, the patient decided to fly to San Diego, California to meet Dr. Pousti. The patient scheduled for surgery the very next day. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti used silicone-gel breast implants 500cc on the left breast and 450cc on the right breast, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 1-month post-op surgery and is very happy with her results. The patient is now back in Nebraska keeping in touch via phone and e-mail and sending us pictures.
