41 year old patient had breast augmentation with 540cc saline implants placed under the muscle March 2003. Dr. Pousti had told her that she would need a lift (mastopexy) in the near future but the patient decided to wait and only perform the augmentation at this time. She returned a year later asking to exchange the saline implants for silicone implants because of the more natural feeling of silicone. She now has 550cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle and she is extremely happy with her results.
