This 22 year old female found Dr. Pousti on the internet while she was on duty with the military. She had breast augmentation performed with 350-400cc saline implants placed under the muscle and her left inverted nipple repaired. About a year later, she returned to the office. Having had significant weight loss, she lost most of her breast tissue and could now feel the implants around the edges. She also wanted to be larger than she was. Dr. Pousti removed the saline implants and replaced them with 550cc silicone gel implants. The patient is very happy with her results.
