This 20-year-old patient from San Diego, California came to see Dr. Pousti regarding her constricted, asymmetric breasts. She has tuberous (tubular) breasts deformity and wanted breast implants to help correct her asymmetry as well as the shape of her breast. Dr. Pousti used two different implants sizes and placed them below the muscle to try to achieve symmetry. He used saline implants and filled the left side to 425 cc and the right side to 575 cc made by the Mentor Corporation. This patient is now 2 months post-op breast augmentation surgery. She is very happy with her results.
