This 23 year old patient from San Diego, California was unhappy with the size and asymmetry of her breast after a previous breast augmentation surgery. She wanted to improve the look of her breasts and switch from saline implants to silicone gel implants for a more natural feel. In order to correct the asymmetry of her breasts, Dr. Pousti removed and replaced her implants with 550cc silicone gel implants made by Mentor Corporation. She is already 2 years post-op revisionary breast surgery and extremely happy with her long term results.
