This 38-year old patient from Santee, California was interested in breast augmentation and breast lift surgery (mastopexy). Her friend, who is a patient, referred her to Dr. Pousti. After having children, the patient was unhappy with her post-baby breasts, which left them asymmetric. She expressed that she wanted to achieve the volume she had before children and go slightly bigger in size. Dr. Pousti achieved her desired look by using saline breast implants, filled to 425cc on the left breast and 475cc on the right breast for a more symmetrical look. The patient is now 6-weeks post-op surgery and is very pleased with the results of her surgery.
