This is a patient from Temecula (Riverside County) California, interested in removal and replacement of her breast implants. After the first surgery, she felt that she should have gone much bigger than the 400cc saline implants she had. The patient discussed this with Dr. Pousti and after several meetings they decided to use a much larger implant and to use 700cc silicone implants. She is now 1 month post op removal and replacement breast augmentation from saline to silicone gel implants and very happy with her results.
