This 41-year old patient from Mobile, Alabama was interested in tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast lift (mastopexy), liposuction, and breast augmentation surgery for several years, after losing a considerable amount of weight. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti the Internet. After several consultations via phone and e-mail, the patient flew into out San Diego office for a pre-op and decided to go through with surgery the next day. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti perform an extended tummy tuck, liposuction of the lateral thighs, upper back, and lower back along with a breast lift. Saline breast implants was used, filled to 440cc on both breasts made by Allergan Corporation. The patient is now 2 weeks post-op surgery and is looking forward to her recovery.
