This 36-year old patient from Yuma, Arizona was interested in revisionary breast surgery. The patient previously had her breast augmentation done in 2000, but due to capsular contraction and symmastia, the patient looked into revisionary breast surgery. She researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. After a few consultations via e-mail and phone, the patient decided to go through with surgery. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti removed her old implants; corrected the medial mal-position internal pocket, and used 350cc silicone-gel breast implants on both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 2-weeks post-op surgery and is looking forward to her new and improved look.
