This 39-year old patient from Temecula, California was interested in breast augmentation and tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Her friend, who is a patient of Dr. Pousti, referred her. After having 3 children, the patient was unhappy with her post-baby body. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti perform tummy tuck surgery, tightened up her stomach muscles, which was stretched due to pregnancy. The patient expressed that she did not want emphasis on her breast and to keep her breast very natural looking. Dr. Pousti used 300cc on both breast; silicone-gel breast implants made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 4-months post-op surgery and is very happy with her results.
