This 26-year old patient from San Diego, California was in interested in revisionary breast surgery. The patient researched for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. The patient was unhappy with the results of her previous breast augmentation surgery back in 2008. Due to encapsulation, the formation of scar tissue, the implants were unable to settle down naturally and symmetrically. In order to achieve her desired look, Dr. Pousti used her existing incisions to remove her old breast implants, and replaced them with 450cc smooth, round, moderated profile plus silicone-gel breast implants on both breasts made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 2 weeks post-op surgery and is very happy with her results.
