33 year old patient previously had breast augmentation with saline implants placed under the muscle and wanted to remove and replace the implants. Dr. Pousti recommended silicone gel implants to help with the rippling problem that she was having (due to very little breast tissue due to weight loss). The patient had her saline implants removed and replaced them with 350cc silicone gel implants. She is very happy with her results.
