This 30-year old patient from Cayman Islands was interested in revisionary breast augmentation surgery. The patient was very unhappy with the results of her previous surgeries. The patient did extensive research for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and found Dr. Pousti on the Internet. After meeting and talking to Dr. Pousti, the patient decided to go on with the revisionary surgery knowing that Dr. Pousti would be the perfect plastic surgeon for her. The patient expressed that she had breast augmentation 4 times and was still having problems with contour irregularities in her breasts. In order to achieve her long desired look, Dr. Pousti used silicone-gel implants made by Mentor Corporation filled to 400cc on the right breast implant and 375cc on the right breast implant. The patient is now back home in the Cayman Islands and is 8-months post op and is very satisfied with new and improved look.
