This 71-year old patient from West Virginia was unhappy with the results of a previous breast augmentation surgery. She was interested in going much larger and searched for a plastic surgeon that could help her achieve the extra large look wanted. She discovered Dr. Pousti online and decided he would be the best surgeon for her. Dr.Pousti removed her 800cc implants and replaced them with 800cc filled to 1500cc saline implants made by Allergan Corporation. She is only 2 days post op surgery and so far, extremely happy with her results.
