This 56 year old patient from Spring Valley, California was interested in revisionary breast surgery. She experienced a lot of pain due to encapsulation of her right breast and wanted Dr. Pousti to remove and replace her implants with silicone gel. She was also unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts. She was referred to Dr. Pousti by her doctor and proceeded with surgery with Dr. Pousti. She has 400cc silicone gel implants made by Mentor Corporation. She is 3 months post op surgery and very happy with her new and improved look.
