Breast Implant Revision
21 year old, Female, 120 lbs, 5' 4", Medium skin tone
After researching multiple plastic surgeons in the Southern California area, this 21-year-old female came to see Dr. Pousti, Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, about a very severe case of symmatia, also known at breadloafing or uniboob. Symmastia can be discomforting, emotionally challenging, and aesthetically displeasing. In the pictures the two implants have migrated to the middle, giving the appearance that the two breasts are connected underneath the skin. Risk can be reduced with a more skilled and experienced surgeon. The patient in the photos is 2 months post op and healing wonderfully. The patient chose to go with smooth, round, 550cc silicone gel implants. She is extremely happy about her results and feels that she can now have a normal life due to Dr. Pousti's amazing symmastia repair.
