This is a 47 year old African American patient from Oceanside, California interested in enhancing her breasts. She had large breasts to begin with but wanted more fullness. She found double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti over the internet. When she came in for her consultation it was clear that she was very concerned about the scarring. So we had her talk to other African American patients and speaking to them really helped assure that the scarring will fade and is minimal.This patient is 8 months post op breast augmentation with saline implants of 800cc on the right and 800cc on the left. She is extreamly happy with her results.
