This 38-year-old patient had several previous breast surgeries in but she was not happy with her results. She and her husband searched the internet to find a surgeon who has experience with difficult revisionary breast surgery. They found Dr. Pousti. They traveled from Guanajuanto, to meet with Dr. Pousti and discuss their goals. This patient wanted high profile silicone gel implants but with correction of her symmastia. Many internal sutures had to placed to correct the symmastia. She had a very severe case. She is now 3 1/2 months post-op removal of her implants, correction of symmastia ("uni-boob") and replacement with high profile 600cc silicone gel implants. Her implants are still settling and will continue to do so over the next few months. This patient and her husband are very happy with their experience.
