This 37-year-old patient from Murrieta, California (Riverside County) came to Dr. Pousti with her left breast implant deflated. Her main concern was to replace the deflated implant, however she also wanted to gain overall fullness and increase the size of both of her breasts. Dr. Pousti removed her implants and replaced then with saline implants filled to 1370 cc on the left and 1430 cc on the right, made by the Inamed Corporation. This patient is 6 weeks post-op and very happy with her new look.
