This 32-year-old patient from Murrieta, California came to Dr. Pousti after having a pervious breast augmentation. She wanted Dr. Pousti to remove her implants and give her more fullness as well as lifting the breast. She is now 6 months post-op mastopexy with breast reaugmentation surgery. Dr. Pousti used saline implants made by the Mentor Corporation, he filled the left implant to 475 cc and the right to 430 cc to help the breast be closer in size.
