This 39-year-old patient from El Cajon, California came to Dr. Pousti with encapsulated breast implants that were place above the muscle. Dr. Pousti recommended removing the implants and replacing them under the muscle. She is now 2 months post-op removal of implants and capsulectomy / breast reaugmentation surgery with 400 cc silicone gel implants made by the Mentor Corporation. She is very pleased with her results.
