17 year old male with a traumatic injury to the nose producing a crooked nasal deformity and a markedly droopy nasal tip. Inside his nose his septum was markedly deviated producing nasal obstruction. The septum was used to reconstruct his nose, providing improved nasal tip support and giving him the ability to breathe through his nose.
