Periareola (at the areola) Type of Implant Silicone-gel filled Implant Placement Complete Sub-Muscular (below muscles completely)
This patient has a complaint of droopy breasts. Shes desired fuller, perkier breasts. She did not want a mastopexy. We were able to achieve a beautiful result with silicone gel implants. This resulted in fuller, perkier breasts. Her scar is nearly imperceptable.
